WHY FOAM IS BETTER:
Lifting your Concrete with Foam is Cost Effective
Concrete raising is typically about half the cost of replacing the same concrete. Ultimately, the cost of raising or stabilizing concrete is a direct reflection of how much polyurethane foam the project will require.
No Mess
No concrete or grout splatter and no wash down needed. All we need to do our clean up is a broom and a dust pan!
Smaller holes
Polyurethane concrete raising requires we drill a nearly invisible 5/8 inch hole and the process calls for considerably fewer holes than traditional mudjacking.
Foamjacking is lighweight
Weighing only 2-4 pounds per cubic foot, high density polyurethane is comparably 2,500-3,000 pounds LESS per yard than traditional mudjacking material. Both methods will raise your concrete, but because of lightweight characteristics, high density polyurethane will not add more weight to the base - which may be the reason your concrete settled in the first place.
Ideal for filling voids
High Density Polyurethane can spread into voids as small as 1/32”. Polyurethane foam will expand and flow into cracks and voids expanding far beyond the initial injection hole.
Green
The poly foams we use are environmentally friendly, consisting of 39-49% renewable and recycled materials. Our foam is as safe as your couch cushions and made in the USA. The foam is a top-of-the-line material, designed specifically for different concrete applications, it allows us to easily adjust our approach to your needs.
