Concrete Foundation Failure
In 2022, FlightSafety began experiencing foundation failure at their facility on Greenwich Road. The foundation along the entire South side of the facility had settled, pulling with it, the interior concrete floor. Again, a third party expert was brought in to assess the problem and offer solutions. Extensive piering was required to lift the exterior foundation which supported the outer walls. Midwest Foam Works was entrusted with the task of lifting the interior concrete floor once piering had been performed. Subsequently, Midwest Foam Works was chosen to conduct similar repairs on FlightSafety’s West location several months later.
